You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for return:

• The garment must be unused and should have the original tag on it.
• The garment must be in same condition in which you received it.

Any customised products ordered (whether size or design or length) cannot be returned. They can only be altered.

(Whatsapp) or email us at ‘contact@kiaraforher.com' with your order number and email address. Please note that the return can only be placed once for a single order. If you have returned the item and received another in exchange of store credits, then that same item cannot be returned again.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s) within 10 business days. After processing all garment checks, we will process your refund as store credit of equivalent amount excluding the shipping charges to your Kiara account. The order can only be placed once with the store credits.

All exchanges of size are charge-able. The two way delivery charge is INR 300 which has to be borne by the customer to exchange any product.

Alterations

All our products are according to our standard size chart as mentioned under all products. In case of any kind of alterations for your garment, the customer will have to bear an additional cost (depending on the requirement) along with the two way shipping charge.
